This is our first stay at IBE and we are loving it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there are many activities, the laundry rooms are clean and the equipment is well maintained. The resort is close to the beach and to shopping and is very well maintained. We are enjoying our stay very much.

Very clean, quiet, laid back RV/single family mobile home park. Lots of activities for the retired to do. Very large swimming pool on premises, kayaking access, recreation hall, pickleball, shuffleboard, biking, walking, bocce ball, bingo, fishing, tennis. There's also 2 laundry buildings on site. Park is dog friendly. Close to 75, the beaches, shopping, Naples.
The RV areas have newly paved roads with gravel parking areas on each site. This campground closes for 5 months in the summer so they have plenty of time for maintenance. The facilities include a boat ramp and kayak rental. The swimming pool looked a lot better than the river.
This place has a ton of activities to keep you busy.. they have a super friendly staff. Beaches are @ 15 minutes away or other things to do in the area. I love the fact that you can walk or ride bikes with almost zero traffic. very pedestrian friendly place. This is our first extended stay (3 months)and definitely is not going yo be our last.
This is our 4th Winter at IBE with our 5th wheel from Missouri. Weather at home in the teens and 30’s, here in the 70’-80’s. New pool, live music street dances, racket ball, bocce’, etc. etc. Clean and safe, this is the place!
Very nice. Has area for R.V.'s with level concrete pads. There are park model trailers incorporated throughout the park. Some are seasonal rentals many owner stays. The imperial river traverses the park perimeter. Scheduled activities, shuffleboard courts, bocce etc. Nice pool. As with most everywhere, Covid has affected some of the activities.
Our family has been at IBE for over 15 years, it is a wonderful place and the community is loving and trustworthy. We have many memories of swimming, golf cart rides and visiting the gorgeous river.
